Is it safe to place an order on Neutriherbs SA?
It is absolutely safe. Once you click through to do your payment, you are taken off our site and into a secure online area that allows you to pay with confidence.
How much does delivery cost?
Currently, all orders over R1500 enjoy free shipping.
For orders under R1500, a shipping fee of R100 will be charged.
How long after placing an order will it take to arrive?
Orders are shipped the next day, and tracking information will be updated within 2–3 business days.
Shipping from China to South Africa takes approximately 10–20 business days.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience if you do experience a slight delay in your delivery.
How do I track my parcel?
Tracking your parcel is simple. Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email from us with your tracking number starting with NEU****. This tracking number can simply be clicked, which will redirect you to a tracking page, where you can monitor the progress of your delivery, as well as provide you with the contact number of the relevant courier partner, should you need to contact them.

Are the "active" ingredients stable?
Yes. All our active ingredients are 100% stable.
What is the concentration of the "active" ingredients in the serums?
Vitamin C Serum =(15% Vitamin C and 0,05% Hyaluronic Acid)
Hyaluronic Acid Serum =(3% Hyaluronic Acid and 3% Vitamin C)
Retinol Serum =(0,05% Retinol)
Are your products vegan and animal friendly?
Our products are both vegan and completely animal friendly. We make use of powerful natural active ingredients with no animal testing done throughout the manufacturing process of our products.
Are your products okay to use for oily skin types?
Yes, our products are formulated for all skin types.
How do I know if my product has gone bad?
Generally, it will take up to 6 months for the product to go bad after opening it. We recommend that you keep the products out of direct sunlight.
Which products will help with my acne?
All products in our Retinol Range are perfectly crafted to assist with acne.
